We want the ordering process to be as seamless and straightforward as possible. Below you'll find details about payment methods, custom order requirements, and when production begins.
Payment Methods
Queen of Hearts Wallcoverings accepts payment by major credit card, ACH transfer, and wire transfer for standard orders.
Custom & Specialty Orders
Due to the made-to-order nature, production requirements, and specialized materials associated with custom and specialty orders, credit card payments are not accepted for these transactions. All custom and specialty orders must be paid by ACH transfer or wire trasnfer.
Payment & Production Timeline
Payment must be received and cleared in full before production begins. Production timelines commence after cleared payment and final approval of all applicable specifications, artwork, colorways, quantities, and order details.
