Made-to-Order Sales, Returns, Custom Design & Installation Policy
Every wallcovering we produce is made to order specifically for each client and project. We do not carry pre-manufactured wallcovering inventory. Once an order is placed, the selected design, colorway, substrate, quantity, and specifications are produced specifically for that purchase.
Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our wallcoverings, all sales are final. Orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We strongly encourage clients to order a sample prior to purchasing and to carefully review all selections before placing an order, including design, colorway, substrate, finish, quantity, and other applicable specifications.
Color, Finish & Material Variations
Our wallcoverings are produced using specialty materials and manufacturing processes. Subtle variations in color, texture, sheen, finish, and material characteristics may occur between samples, digital images, and finished production.
Screen settings, lighting conditions, substrate selection, printing methods, and manufacturing characteristics may also affect how colors and finishes appear.
These variations are inherent to the nature of specialty, made-to-order wallcoverings and do not constitute grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
Measurements & Quantity Responsibility
All wallcoverings are sold by the full roll only. Each roll contains approximately 68.75 square feet of wallcovering. Partial rolls are not available.
The client is solely responsible for providing accurate wall measurements and determining the correct number of rolls required for the project.
We strongly recommend that all walls be professionally measured by a qualified wallcovering installer or contractor before placing an order.
The installer should determine the required quantity based on wall dimensions, pattern repeat, match type, trimming requirements, architectural conditions, and anticipated installation waste.
For ordering purposes, we recommend allowing additional material as follows:

Standard or plain patterns: approximately 10% additional material for cutting, trimming, and normal installation waste.

Pattern repeats, half-drops, or more complex pattern matching: approximately 15%–20% additional material to accommodate the additional length required for proper pattern alignment, trimming, and installation.
Because wallcovering is sold by the full roll, required quantities should be rounded up to the appropriate number of complete rolls.
Any quantity recommendations or calculations provided by our company based on measurements supplied by the client, designer, contractor, or installer are offered as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for shortages, overages, or additional material required as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect measurements or quantity calculations provided by the client, designer, contractor, or installer.
Because all wallcoverings are made to order, clients should confirm the final number of rolls and appropriate overage with their professional installer before submitting an order.
Professional Installation
We strongly recommend that all wallcoverings be installed by a qualified professional wallcovering installer or contractor experienced in specialty and luxury wallcoverings.
Proper wall preparation, handling, adhesive selection, trimming, pattern alignment, seam placement, and installation technique are essential to achieving the intended finished result.
The purchaser is responsible for selecting and hiring an appropriate professional installer and ensuring that all applicable product specifications and installation instructions are reviewed before installation begins.
The purchaser is also responsible for ensuring that the installation site and wall surfaces are properly prepared and suitable for the selected wallcovering.
Custom Design Projects
Custom design projects created specifically for a client in collaboration with our in-house designers and Creative Director are commissioned exclusively for that individual project.
Payment in full is required before any custom design project will begin or move forward.
Design development, creative direction, artwork development, revisions, production preparation, and other services associated with the custom project will not commence until full payment has been received.
Because custom design services require professional time, creative work, project planning, and resources dedicated specifically to the client, all custom design payments are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been received and the project has been commissioned, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
A client’s decision to discontinue, postpone, delay, change direction, or otherwise elect not to proceed with a completed or in-progress custom design project does not entitle the client to a refund, reimbursement, or credit.
By submitting payment for a custom design project, the client acknowledges and agrees that all custom design fees and payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Client Conduct & Project Termination
We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and productive working relationship with every client.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a custom design project if a client engages in conduct that materially interferes with the design process or creates an unreasonable, hostile, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate working environment for our designers, Creative Director, employees, contractors, vendors, or representatives.
We may also suspend or terminate a project if a client repeatedly disregards agreed project terms, communicates in an abusive or inappropriate manner, makes demands substantially outside the agreed scope of work, or otherwise prevents the project from proceeding in a reasonable and professional manner.
If a project is suspended or terminated as a result of the client’s conduct, and through no fault of our company, designers, Creative Director, employees, contractors, or representatives, all payments previously made will remain final and non-refundable.
No refund, reimbursement, or credit will be provided for work already commissioned, professional time reserved, creative services performed, production resources allocated, or other costs associated with the project.
By commissioning a custom design project, the client agrees to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the creative process and acknowledges our right to discontinue services when reasonably necessary to protect our team and the integrity of the project.
Final Sale Policy
All made-to-order wallcoverings, custom designs, creative services, and commissioned projects are final sale.
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after an order or commissioned project has entered production or the applicable creative process has begun.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By placing an order, commissioning a custom design project, or submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to all applicable sales, production, measurement, installation, cancellation, client-conduct, and refund terms contained in this policy.
The client further acknowledges that all wallcoverings are produced specifically for their project and that custom design services are commissioned specifically on their behalf.
We appreciate our clients’ understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a professional, respectful, and efficient process from initial concept through final production and installation.
