If a client accepts a quotation and elects to proceed, payment is handled separately through QuickBooks Payments / Intuit or another payment method specifically communicated for that transaction.

During the quotation or consultation process, we may collect information you voluntarily provide about your project, space, design preferences, measurements, photographs, specifications, contact information, and other details relevant to your request.

We use this information to communicate with you, provide personalized wallcovering guidance, prepare quotations, recommend products or materials, develop custom or bespoke options, coordinate samples, administer the project, arrange payment, coordinate production and shipping, provide customer service, and fulfill any resulting order or service.

A quotation request or consultation does not itself place a wallcovering into production. Any resulting purchase or professional service is handled under the applicable quotation, invoice, Terms & Conditions, and other transaction-specific terms.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

If you accept a quotation and proceed with an order or custom project, payment is processed separately from our Wix website through QuickBooks Payments / Intuit or another payment method specifically communicated for the transaction.

The applicable payment provider may process billing information, payment-card information, bank information for ACH transactions where applicable, transaction information, payment amount and status, and authentication or fraud-prevention information. Payment credentials submitted to a payment provider are processed through that provider's systems under its applicable privacy and security practices.

Queen of Hearts Wallcoverings does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card or bank-account credentials through the Wix website.
