Custom Designs & Creative Services
For clients seeking to recreate an existing design or commission an entirely new wallcovering created exclusively for their project, a paid design consultation will be scheduled with the Owner and a questionnaire made by our in house graphic designer.
Following the consultation, and questionnaire, a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, creative services, production, timeline, and associated fees will be provided.

A paid consultation with the Owner/Creative Director to discuss your vision, inspiration, and project needs.
You'll complete a detailed questionnaire created by our graphic designer.
We provide a comprehensive proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and fees.
Review and sign the Design Services Agreement and submit full payment.
We begin the creative process and manufacture your bespoke wallcoverings.
Project Requirements

A signed Design Services Agreement is required before work begins.

Full payment for the design services and the custom wallcovering order is required in advanced.

Design work, manufacturing, and production will not commence until all agreements have been executed and payment has been received in full.

Design fees are non-refundable once creative work has begun.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all custom wallcovering sales are final and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges once production has commended.
